Watching my daughter grow over the past year has been an incredible journey filled with both joy and challenges. At 11 months, she was just beginning to explore the world around her, fascinated by simple things like strawberries and the little joys found in everyday objects. By 23 months, her personality has blossomed, and I can see how much she understands and interprets the world now. One of the biggest realizations for me has been how quickly misunderstandings can happen between a toddler and a parent, especially when they can’t fully express themselves yet. Patience has become my most important tool, reminding me to embrace each moment even when it's tough. Over time, the constant learning and adapting to her needs have made our bond stronger. Another important aspect I've noticed is how developmental milestones don’t follow a strict timeline. There were moments when it felt like progress was slow, but looking back, every small step was significant. These experiences have taught me the value of appreciating every phase, knowing that our little ones are growing in their own unique way.
