天満の梅松は地元でも評判の焼き鳥店で、特に皮の串焼きが絶品です。私も何度か訪れていますが、鶏の焼き加減や味付けの絶妙さにいつも感動します。店内は明るく清潔でスタッフの接客も良く、女性スタッフのネイルの可愛さやおしゃれな雰囲気も好印象です。 美丈夫の日本酒はお店の人気ドリンクのひとつで、焼き鳥との相性も抜群です。辛口の生酒や純生吟醸酒など種類も豊富で、日本酒好きにはたまらないラインナップです。実際に訪れた際には、季節限定の赤鶏が入荷していることもありましたが、タイミングによっては売り切れてしまうこともあり、早めの来店がオススメです。 店長が元バイトスタッフで、努力を重ねて昇格したというエピソードもお店の魅力のひとつです。地域に愛されるお店の姿勢が接客にもあらわれており、初めてでも気軽に立ち寄りやすい雰囲気です。ネガティブな口コミがあることもありますが、それは一部のスタッフによるもののようで、実際は和やかで居心地の良い時間が過ごせます。 私のおすすめは、焼き鳥の皮串と美丈夫の日本酒を一緒に楽しむこと。ぜひ天満の梅松で地元の味と温かいおもてなしを体感してみてください。
