The Gourmet World CupI finally went to Fanfan after moving 😁 While looking for Hashida-san, it took about 20 minutes to walk from 😁 house, but I came here a few years ago and the price went up 😂 I feel that the number of people waiting has increased tremendously. It's amazing on weekdays 😂 I love Sichuan Mapo Tofu so much 😍 Moreover, it's always very spicy, so 1680 yen. It's a good deal because it's free to refill rice, and you can also have fried rice in the early hours 😍 I refilled rice three times, but there is no girl who eats like that 😂 I can eat rice ~ 😍 I feel that the 🌶 was less than that of Sichuan-mae ~. I want to make it at home again 😍

ファンファンの四川麻婆豆腐はやはりクセになる味わいですよね。私も辛い物好きで、ここ数年で数回訪れていますが、何度行っても飽きることがありません。特にご飯がおかわり自由なのは、辛さの後のお口直しにもぴったりで、とてもお得感があります。 激辛のレベルは訪れるたびに少し変わっている気がしますが、辛さの基調はしっかりキープされていて、今回のように以前より生の唐辛子が控えめだと感じる方もいるかもしれませんね。これは体調やその日の仕込みによって微調整されているのでしょう。 また、早い時間に訪れると炒飯も注文可能とのことで、麻婆豆腐と炒飯の組み合わせもとてもおすすめです。辛さの中にも旨みがあり、白いご飯との相性は抜群なので、何度ご飯をおかわりしても飽きない工夫がされています。 私も家で四川麻婆豆腐を作ることがありますが、ファンファンで味わった味をヒントにすると、家庭でも本格的な味に近づけられる気がして自分の料理の腕もアップします。中華料理の中でも麻婆豆腐は比較的作りやすいので、ぜひチャレンジしてほしいです。 店内の雰囲気も平日とはいえ多くのお客さんでにぎわっていて、人気店の理由が良く分かります。雨の日でも元気に来店し、働きながらもその味に癒されるのは嬉しい経験でした。次回は家族や友人を誘ってまた訪れたいです。
