The tongue is one of the most powerful tools we possess.

With just a few words, we can "build someone’s confidence or crush their spirit."

📖 Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

As a life coach, I teach that effective communication isn’t just about speaking—it’s about listening, speaking with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Here are 3 strategies to align your words with wisdom and truth:

1. Pause Before You Speak – Ask: Will this heal or harm?

2. Speak With Intention – Let your words uplift, encourage, and lead others to growth.

3. Practice Active Listening – Effective communication starts with understanding, not just responding.
