Polygel or Acrylic??

🤔Can you tell if this is polygel or Acrylic??

If you said polygel, then you were CORRECT!!🥳

Polygel looks and feels similar to acrylic nails 💅🏽

...but to me they have different benefits such as

- my nails are stronger, longer, healthier

- nails are not damaged or breaking

- very durable, last longer than acrylic nails

- Versatile, you can use it as builder gel too

**Do you get polygel nails or do you prefer acrylics??

... Read moreHaving tried both polygel and acrylic nails, I can share some personal insights that might help you decide which is better for your nails. Polygel nails have truly transformed my manicure experience—unlike acrylics, they feel lighter and more flexible, which makes them incredibly comfortable to wear daily. One thing I noticed is that with polygel, my natural nails suffered less damage; they didn’t become brittle or thin as I’ve seen happen with acrylics over time. The application process for polygel is different too. It uses a combination of gel and acrylic properties but cures under LED light, speeding up the drying time and reducing the strong odors typically associated with acrylics. Plus, polygel’s moldable texture lets you achieve a smooth, layered look without the dust that acrylic filing creates. Durability is another huge plus. I found that polygel nails lasted longer without cracking or lifting compared to acrylics, making them ideal for anyone with an active lifestyle or busy hands. Additionally, you can use polygel as builder gel for nail extensions, giving you versatile styling options. In terms of aesthetics, polygel offers a similar finished appearance to acrylic nails but feels more natural. This subtle difference has made me prefer polygel for special occasions as well as everyday wear. Overall, if you’re looking for a nail enhancement that strengthens your nails while keeping them healthy and intact, polygel is an excellent choice. But if you prioritize quick sculpting and the classic look, acrylics still have their place. I encourage you to try both and see which one aligns best with your nail care routine and style preferences.
