Apple Cider Vinegar Removes Acne Scars?

I have a history with acne 🙄do you think this works?

I have had acne since I was a adolescent (around 13) I'm 28yrs old now and I still have acne.😩

At this point I've tried everything I can that's over the counter, every scar cream you name or I've tried it!

👀A friend of mine told me that she used ACV to remove her acne scars and she claims it works!

Has anyone else used ACV to remove acne scars??

... Read moreFrom my personal experience and extensive research, apple cider vinegar (ACV) has become a popular home remedy for treating acne scars, though results may vary widely. The key component in ACV is acetic acid, which is believed to help exfoliate the skin, promote cell turnover, and lighten pigmentation caused by scars over time. Using an organic, unfiltered ACV with the “mother”—which retains beneficial enzymes—can enhance these effects while keeping the product natural and non-toxic. When I first tried ACV on my acne scars, I diluted it heavily with water (usually 1 part ACV to 3 or 4 parts water) to avoid irritation because raw vinegar is quite acidic and can damage sensitive skin if applied directly. I applied the mixture with a cotton ball as a toner after cleansing, once a day, and noticed that my scars gradually faded after several weeks, although it didn’t work overnight. Patience and consistency were essential. It’s important to remember that while ACV can aid in reducing the appearance of scars, it should be used carefully. Always do a patch test first to check for allergic reactions or excessive dryness. People with sensitive or broken skin might want to avoid it or use it under dermatological guidance. Additionally, combining ACV treatment with a healthy skincare routine—including moisturizing and sun protection—can improve overall results. Sun exposure can darken scars, so applying sunscreen daily protects healing skin and prevents further discoloration. If you are looking for a natural, budget-friendly option for managing acne scars at home, ACV is worth trying, but it’s not a miracle cure. Some users report better success with professionally formulated products containing ingredients like vitamin C, retinoids, or chemical exfoliants. Ultimately, consult with a skincare professional if your scars are severe or persistent. Has anyone else experimented with organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar to minimize acne scars?
