assassins creed valhalla discussion

These videos are me discussing the game Assassins Creed Valhalla. There are a total of 8 videos, well originally it was 1 video that I split into 8 seconds for Lemon 8. I think I uploaded them in the right order, but if not, most the videos are also stand alone. At least the first 4-5 overall, the last 2 maybe ran together but I tried to make it so you could watch them all in any order. As long as you know the overall topic was about Assassins Creed Valhalla, as well as all the DLC. Just me giving my thoughts, and opinions on everything about the game and things I liked about it. Basically like an overall video review and my thoughts.

For those curious what type of game Assassin's Creed Valhalla really is, it's a sprawling action RPG set in the Viking Age, blending historical exploration with mythological elements. It's a massive open-world video game that tasks you with leading your Viking clan from Norway to the fertile lands of Anglo-Saxon England, establishing a new home and forging alliances. The storyline of Valhalla is truly epic, focusing on Eivor Varinsdottir's quest for glory, family, and destiny. It’s less about a hidden blade and more about an axe, shield, and cunning diplomacy. The narrative weaves through complex political intrigues, personal dilemmas, and encounters with legendary figures, painting a vivid picture of the Viking age. I found myself deeply invested in Eivor's struggles and triumphs, as the game presents a fresh take on the Assassin's Creed lore, exploring the origins of the conflict between the Assassins and Templars through a Norse lens. Beyond the main campaign, the game offers an incredible amount of content. One of the most rewarding aspects for me was developing my settlement, Ravensthorpe. It's not just a hub; it's a living, breathing community that grows with your efforts. Building new structures like the barracks, tattoo shop, or the cartographer provides tangible benefits, from new quests to stat boosts. Raiding monasteries for resources to expand your home feels incredibly satisfying. Many ask about the Assassin's Creed Valhalla 'time to beat.' It's a beast! If you focus purely on the main storyline, you might be looking at around 60 hours. However, to truly experience everything, including all the side quests, world events, and mysteries – which I highly recommend – you're easily looking at 100-150 hours, and a completionist run could easily push past 200 hours. There's always something to do, from hunting legendary animals and deciphering ancient runes to engaging in fierce flyting battles or solving environmental puzzles like the 'walls and shadows investigation' type quests that require keen observation. And let's not forget the DLCs! The post-launch content has been phenomenal. 'Wrath of the Druids' transported me to the mystical lands of Ireland, introducing a darker, more mythic storyline involving ancient cults and lush, dangerous landscapes. 'The Siege of Paris' offered a more urban, stealth-focused experience in Francia, while 'Dawn of Ragnarök' was a stunning dive into Norse mythology, where Eivor embodies Odin in a battle to save Svartalfheim. Each DLC felt like a substantial expansion, adding new mechanics, gear, and hours of gameplay, truly enhancing the overall Valhalla experience. If you enjoy the base game, these expansions are definitely worth exploring to extend your journey. It's a rich, deep game that keeps on giving, making it one of my favorite video game adventures.
