Your worth isn’t your to-do list

Stop measuring your value by your volume.

For decades, you’ve been the one who gets it done. The reliable one. The one who everyone turns to because they know you won’t let the ball drop. But there’s a shadow side to being the woman who does it all: You’ve built your entire sense of worth on being needed.

When you finally try to sit down, your brain doesn't see "recovery." It sees "uselessness."

That physical itch to get up, that guilt whispering that you’re wasting time, that spike of anxiety in your chest? That’s not a lack of discipline. It’s the sound of an old script written by a system that only values you when you’re producing.

Rest isn't a reward you earn after being productive. It’s a requirement for being human. You are allowed to exist without being "useful." You are allowed to be "unavailable" without an explanation.
