Conquering Half Dome- Yosemite’s Most Epic Hike! 🔥

If you’re up for an adventure of a lifetime, Half Dome in Yosemite National Park MUST be on your bucket list! 🏞️ This challenging 14-16 mile hike rewards you with breathtaking views, an adrenaline-pumping cable climb and the most iconic summit in California!

Details- ✅ 14-16 miles round trip, 4800 ft elevation gain, takes 10-14hours (start before sunrise) ✅ VERY hard so be prepared (or start preparing) ✅ Best time to go would be late May- October 🌞

⚠️ The famous cable climb- The last 400 feet to the summit require scaling steep granite using metal cables- it’s thrilling but NOT for the faint of heart😝 Bring grippy gloves 🧤 and take it slow.

🎟️ How to get a permit- You MUST have a permit to hike beyond the Sub Dome! Apply through the preseason lottery (March) or try your luck with daily lotteries.

Tips- ✔️ Do not hike if storms are coming. ✔️ Start before sunrise ✔️ Wear good hiking shoes, thanks to my @keen shoes I was able to survive haha!
