Realistic day In my life

This is my everyday routine basically. Very boring, makes me feel like I’m wasting my life away just working and coming home.

Waking up at 5 AM every day can feel brutal, especially when it’s still dark outside. That 6:30 AM commute isn't always fun, but it's part of the grind, pushing me towards another day of tasks and responsibilities. My breaks are truly precious moments. I try to step outside, even for a few minutes, especially when the weather is finally changing, like it was today. There's something so uplifting about feeling a gentle breeze or seeing the sun peek through the clouds. It’s those small moments of fresh air and connection with the outside world that help clear my head and keep me going through the morning. Lunch is my moment of culinary escape! Today it was my go-to gluten-free waffle (yes, basically bread!) with turkey, provolone cheese, avocado, pickle, and mustard. It sounds simple, but having a delicious, prepped meal makes a huge difference to my mood and energy. It's a small victory in a long day, a tiny spark of enjoyment amidst the routine. The second half of the day always feels longer, and my second break is usually for a quick stretch or just to clear my head before diving back in. When I’m finally omw home at 5 PM, all I can think about is unwinding. After a quick shower, I dive into my embroidery project. This is my absolute sanctuary. It’s where I can be creative, focus on something completely different from work, and just let my mind wander. It truly helps me de-stress and quiet my mind before I go to sleep by 9 PM. Engaging in a hobby like this makes the 'repeat the cycle until my next off day' feel a little less daunting. It's easy to get caught in the mindset of just existing, feeling like you're wasting your life away just working and coming home. But I've learned to actively seek out those small pockets of joy – whether it's a sunny break, a tasty lunch, or dedicated time with my embroidery. If you're also living a realistic daily vlog, feeling the weight of a demanding routine, remember to carve out time for yourself, however small. Meal prepping, finding a creative hobby like my embroidery project, or just stepping out for a breath of fresh air can make all the difference. It helps turn a 'boring' day into one where you're still nurturing yourself. It's not about being glamorous, it's about being present and kind to yourself within the routine.
