gluten free grocery haul 😻

I’ve been gluten free for a little over 2 years now but now I’m trying to eat cleaner

Anything schär or ubi (I think that’s the brand name) are my top pick for gluten free anything!! I’ve tried so many gluten free breads that either make me feel sick, are rock hard, or are brittle to where they fall apart in my hands (chick fil a gluten free bread 😷)

Not pictured : Walmart Greek yogurt, real goods gluten free chicken nuggets (the name is perfect they are real good 😮‍💨)

One of the hardest parts is identifying reliable gluten-free products that not only meet dietary restrictions but also taste great and have good texture. Through trial and error, I’ve found that brands like Schär and Udi’s consistently offer quality gluten-free bread, pizza crusts, and snacks that deliver on flavor without the unpleasant side effects. I remember struggling with gluten-free breads that were either too hard, crumbly, or caused digestive issues, such as some restaurant gluten-free buns that just didn’t meet expectations. Trying the Schär gluten-free pizza crust was a game-changer—it’s easy to prepare and has a texture that rivals traditional dough. It allowed me to enjoy pizza nights without anxiety over cross-contamination or poor bread quality. For daily staples, I love incorporating natural almond butter granola into my morning yogurt. Products like Purely Elizabeth granola, which use clean and organic ingredients like sustainably sourced coconut sugar and organic seeds, are a nourishing way to start the day. Even simple grocery finds from Walmart, such as Greek yogurt or gluten-free chicken nuggets, can be a convenient and tasty addition when you’re mindful about ingredients. If you're new to gluten-free shopping, remember to check nutrition labels carefully—not just for gluten content but also for added sugars, sodium, and preservatives. Many gluten-free products now cater to clean eating preferences, offering plant-based and non-GMO certifications, which can be a bonus for overall health. Also, experimenting with homemade snacks, such as apple chips made from Pink Lady apples, can complement your haul with fresh, natural options. Small changes like these make it easier to maintain a gluten-free, clean eating lifestyle that’s both satisfying and sustainable. Navigating gluten-free grocery aisles doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With trusted brands, informed choices, and a willingness to explore, you can enjoy a diverse and delicious diet that supports your health goals and lifestyle.
