Getting Started: Prepping Your Canvas First things first, a smooth base is key for any doll-like look. I always start with a good moisturizer and a pore-filling primer to ensure my skin is prepped. For Cynthia's signature pale complexion, I opted for a full-coverage, light-toned foundation, several shades lighter than my natural skin. Don't forget to blend it down your neck! I then went in with a brightening concealer under my eyes and on any blemishes, setting everything with a translucent powder to get that matte, almost plastic-like finish. Eyes That Pop: Cynthia's Distinctive Gaze Cynthia's eyes are really what make her unique.
