How it started:

I started this 'Sourdough' journey at the begining of the year. Gave up on my starter and started from scratch. Doughby only rised the first day (Jan 5th). After that it started rising again on the 11th but nothing too crazy. Today I was planning to give up, but Doughby was peeking so I decided to try and make a loaf. I feed my starter and to my surprise, after 8 hours it was spilling out of the jar! I can't wait to start baking more bread!
