Are you constantly pushing yourself too hard ?

Have you ever wonder what you there is someone you can just rest and depend on , will it be so wonderful? I used to just 200% push myself and rely on myself till I found Jesus Christ. He is my Lord, my Saviour and my Anchorage. He is the vine that I can rest on. Run to Him with all your burdens, speak to Him and rest in Him. I learnt to find my peace and still run my race in life with Him. #fyp #jesuslovesyou #soundbath #soundhealingtherapy

What I’ve learned through my personal journey is that relying solely on our own strength is unsustainable. Discovering faith in Jesus Christ transformed the way I approach life’s challenges. This spiritual connection serves as a profound source of comfort and energy, much like the illustration from the scripture "I am the vine, you are the branches." When we remain connected to this source, we are nourished and capable of bearing much fruit, but when detached, our efforts become fruitless. Personally, I found that running to Jesus with my burdens provides a sense of peace that no amount of self-effort can achieve. Instead of solely depending on myself, I learned to entrust my worries and fatigue to Him, allowing me to regain my balance. This rest does not mean giving up but rather finding strength in surrender. It helped me maintain my pace in life without feeling depleted. I also began incorporating practices like sound baths and sound healing therapy as complementary ways to deepen my relaxation and reconnect spiritually. These holistic therapies helped me quiet my mind and destress, making it easier to lean on my faith and experience its benefits fully. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or constantly pushed, consider this approach of blending spiritual rest with mindful self-care. You’ll likely find your race in life becomes not just bearable but joyful and fruitful.
