When someone 'lights the match,' or causes conflict intentionally, it’s their responsibility to handle the consequences. Navigating this balance has improved my interactions both personally and professionally. It encourages mutual respect and discourages manipulation. Remember, holding your ground is not about winning arguments but preserving your integrity. Embrace the power of knowing when to apologize—and when to stand your ground unapologetically.
