For me, it means embracing bright colors that make me smile, soft fabrics that feel like a hug, and silhouettes that make me feel confident and free, even if they aren't the latest runway sensation. I’ve noticed that on days I really lean into this philosophy, my whole outlook changes. I walk taller, speak with more conviction, and genuinely feel more prepared to tackle whatever the day throws at me. So, how do you discover what makes you happy when it comes to clothes? Start by paying attention to your gut feeling. When you try something on, does it immediately lift your spirits? Or do you find yourself questioning if it's 'right' for someone else?
