From my experience, repeated unauthorized access to your device often leads to unexpected behavior like screen changes and deletion of important data. It's important to recognize the signs early, such as apps opening by themselves, unusual notifications, or sudden performance drops. To enhance your device security, start by updating your phone’s operating system regularly, as updates often include important security patches. Be cautious with apps you install; only use trusted sources and avoid granting unnecessary permissions. Consider installing a reliable antivirus app for an added layer of protection. Moreover, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts linked to your phone. This simple step can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Regularly backing up your data to a secure location, such as a cloud service or external drive, will help you recover quickly if anything is deleted. If your phone’s screen keeps changing or behaves erratically, it might be a sign of malware or a hack. In such cases, performing a factory reset might be necessary, but ensure your data is backed up first. Finally, educating yourself on common cyber threats and staying vigilant can help prevent future issues. Sharing my journey, I hope others can learn how to identify hacking signs early and take proactive measures to secure their phones, avoiding the emotional and practical difficulties associated with repeated hacking.
