Mini Oreo tres leches cake

Ingredients

Used Betty Crocker Oreo white cake mix

Add 3 tbsp of oil

Add 2 eggs

Add 1/2 cup of milk

Add crushed Oreos

Mix mix mix

How to make the frosting

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

2 cups of heavy whipping cream

2tsp of vanilla extract

Whip for 5-6 minutes

Tres leches mixture

1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 cup of half and half

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Pour cake batter in each cake pan

Bake at 350 for 14 minutes

Let it cool for 25 minutes

Poke holes into each cake

Add 1/4 cup of tres leches mixture into each cake

Decorate mini cakes
