Any tips for anxiety ?

as I have posted multiple times about my PCOS and all my symptoms, one of the most common ones is the anxiety which brings so much more attached to it such as insomnia, headaches, moodiness, lack of concentration, irritability, you name it… there is so much more.

Lately I have not been feeling myself because of that. I don’t really remember the last time I had a good night of sleep or I sat down to eat peacefully or that I just simply felt normal and calm. My mind has been all over the place and I just can’t take it anymore.

I really wish you guys give me some tips or advice on how you manage anxiety, maybe I can try it and it could help me. 😔🫶🏼

when i find that i am very anxious i just take a nap to be honest. besides that, talking to close friends or my mom always calms my nerves. in addition, losing yourself in a good book can be very helpful too!

Mindfulness! As a person who has Anxiety/depression the best thing I do is meditation. Working out and journaling have also been key tools for me. I talk to a therapist and I am also medicated which has absolutely changed my life but making life style changes have overall helped all of my symptoms.
