I’ve never used tampons

I’m 26 and I’ve never used a tampon. And honestly I’m kind of scared to try using one. They seem so uncomfortable! What if it gets stuck? The horror stories I hear! And matched with my horrible anxiety, no thank you!

Yet tons of women use them. I am jealous of those who use them because I tend to plan weekend getaway and trips around my period and that kinda sucks. I hate missing out on fun things when I’m on my period! Though, this past summer I tried period bikinis and they work so well! Still annoying though. I imagine in these scenarios that tampons are a much better option!
