Carrot cake latte w/ cream cheese cold foam 🧡

⭐️ Carrot cake syrup ⭐️

1 cup chopped carrots

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup water

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Let it come to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.

Off heat add:

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp almond extract

Pinch of salt

Let cool completely before straining. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks!
