Make cookies with me!

Hey guys! Here are some cute little cookies I made today. Honestly I was really bored.

I used a lemon cake mix and added 1/4 cup of oil and two eggs. Then mixed till doughy. Then rolled into balls and flattened then made heart shapes with my thumb and added jelly. Then let the cookies cook at 350 for 12 minutes. Make sure you let them cool completely before eating so the jelly has time to set.

Using a lemon cake mix simplifies the process while allowing for creative flair. The key to perfect cookies lies in measuring ingredients accurately; for this recipe, the addition of 1/4 cup of oil and two eggs to the lemon cake mix creates a delightful dough. To shape the cookies, roll the dough into small balls and then flatten each ball to form rustic cookies. Using your thumb to create heart shapes not only adds a personal touch but also provides a pocket for the rich jelly that will bring flavor with every bite. Remember to bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes, watching closely to ensure they don’t over-bake. Allow the cookies to cool, which is essential for the jelly to set properly. These cookies are not just easy to make; they’re also perfect for special occasions, picnics, or a cozy treat at home! Customize them further by experimenting with different types of jelly or by adding sprinkles before baking. Enjoy creating beautiful treats that everyone will love!
