Egg Bite Dupe

Homemade Egg Bites!

I made two variations of the “Starbucks” egg bites for a quick grab and go breakfast. I have listed the recipe below!

The Basics:

•4-6 whole eggs

•Milk, or Dairy of your choice (I used 8oz of cottage cheese for more protein)

•make sure you blend the as VERY well before pouring into your muffin tins.

The variations:

Bacon Dupe:

•3 pieces of bacon finely chopped (for 6 bites)

•Gruyère cheese on top of each egg bite

Tomato:

•2-3 grape tomatoes chopped

•handful spinach finely chopped

•crumbled feta cheese on top of each bite

To prepare the egg bites, preheat your oven and get some muffin tins ready. Blend your egg mixture thoroughly to ensure a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and top with your selected ingredients. Bake until they are set and puffed up, usually around 10-12 minutes.
