Sausage & Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients:

1 package of sausage (your choice, sliced)

1 package of broccoli florets

1 package of sweet potatoes (cubed)

1 package of potatoes (sliced, diced, or halved—your choice)

Olive oil (enough to lightly coat everything)

Garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt (season to taste)

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prep ingredients: Slice the sausage and chop the veggies as needed.

3. Mix everything: In a large bowl, combine the sausage and vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
