A bag with a meaning ✨🌸🫶

If you scroll back far enough, you’ll see just how far I’ve come when making pouches. I started here on lemon 8, documenting my journey as an aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for making things.

I’m not a professional by any means, and definitely have made some atrocious items (that will never see the light of day), but I’m so insanely proud of my progress.

It’s almost been a year since I took my Etsy shop seriously and the amount of support I’ve had from literally strangers is unfathomable. I’ve had repeat buyers, and long-standing supporters. I still remember y’all 😭😭😭.

I’m rich in ways I never thought possible. This is insanely niche and low-key tmi, but the amount of feminine love I feel from y’all is inexplicable and priceless. Something I’ve never really felt before.

Anyways… the video on my TikTok did so well and I’ve never had something like that happen so I’m just feeling grateful.

Creating handmade items is not just about craftsmanship; it’s also about storytelling and vulnerability. My experience making pouches has opened up a world of connections and support like never before. The #bagmakingcommunity has been a source of inspiration, and I feel empowered to embrace my creativity further. As I navigated my journey on platforms like Etsy, I learned the importance of authenticity in my craft. Each pouch tells a story, echoing the love and encouragement from repeat buyers and supporters. I’ve encountered highs and lows, but every little memory fuels my passion for making things. Let's explore the beauty of handmade art, cure our self-doubt, and embrace the joy of expressing ourselves through our creations. Handmade items carry meaning, and that connection is priceless. Join me in celebrating the art of making, and let's inspire each other to keep going, no matter how daunting the journey may seem. Your support has transformed my fears into excitement, and we're just getting started!
