I just wanted to post a little about one of my favorite side characters in The Creatures series, Cyrille L'hernault. He's a very complicated man when he makes his first appearance in The Origins of Sin. Of all the characters, he struggles the most to break free from the things that still bind him; to escape the man he once loved.
