One beautiful tradition during Eid is exchanging the greeting 'Minal aidin wal faizin,' which means "may you be among those who return [to purity] and succeed". Alongside this, people often say 'Mohon Maaf Lahir dan Batin,' asking for forgiveness for any mistakes made physically and spiritually over the past year. These phrases strengthen bonds and promote harmony. When celebrating Eid, many also enjoy traditional foods, wear new clothes, and participate in community prayers.
