Clothes no longer fit?! Weightloss 🥹👏🏽

Real results happen when nobody is watching. ✨

I was thinking about her, and then she dropped this gem! No matter how much time passes, she’s still checking in and still putting in the work. “Clothes falling off” is the ultimate flex!

She inspired me so much that I decided to restart the program myself today. Day 2 (Snatched Waist & Cardio) and I’m officially humbled. It feels so good to be a beginner again.

Keep showing up, keep checking in, and the results will follow. 🥂 #FitnessJourney #ConsistencyIsKey #WorkoutMotivation #homeworkout FitnessCommunity #weightloss

... Read moreYou know that moment when you pull on your favorite jeans and they actually feel loose? Or when a dress that used to be snug suddenly drapes perfectly? For me, these 'clothing changes' have been the most powerful insights into my weight loss journey, even more than the number on the scale. It started subtly – a waistband feeling less restrictive, a shirt fitting a little more comfortably. But then came the 'clothes falling off' stage, and let me tell you, that's where the real excitement kicks in! Someone even commented that I looked 'skinny,' which was such a confidence boost. It's not just about fitting into smaller sizes; it's about how your body feels. I've learned to pay attention to these non-scale victories. They tell a deeper story about body recomposition and overall health. Don't just rely on the scale; try on an old outfit once a week or take progress photos. These personal insights keep you motivated and give you tangible proof that your hard work is paying off. Achieving those 'clothing changes' truly comes down to what you do 'per day.' Consistency, as they say, is key! After hitting a plateau, I decided to restart my program with a fresh perspective. Each day became an opportunity to make small, impactful choices. For instance, I started incorporating an 'INTENSE AB WORKOUT' into my routine, just like the one I saw online. It’s challenging, but even just 20-30 minutes of focused effort daily can make a huge difference. My daily routine now involves planning my meals, staying hydrated, and making sure I get some form of movement in, whether it's a home workout or a long walk. It’s not about perfection every single day, but about showing up. Some days are harder than others, and I might feel 'humbled' just starting, but remembering my 'why' keeps me going. These daily actions accumulate, leading to those incredible moments when your clothes feel noticeably different. One of my biggest insights has been realizing that it's a marathon, not a sprint. There are days when I feel like giving up, but then I remember how far I've come, and how much better I feel. I track my food intake not just for calories, but also for macros, ensuring I get enough protein to support muscle growth, which helps with body shape and those desired 'clothing changes.' I also found that finding an accountability partner or a fitness community really helps. Knowing someone else is checking in makes a huge difference. So, if you're on your own journey, don't get discouraged. Celebrate every small victory, especially those 'clothing changes.' They are real, tangible proof that your hard work 'per day' is paying off. Keep showing up, keep checking in with yourself, and those results will absolutely follow.
