#storytime That One Time They Tried It ...

It's incredible how vivid and impactful our dreams can be, isn't it? After sharing that particular #storytimenightmare on my channel, where I recounted a truly unsettling dream of someone attempting to harm me, I've had so many thoughts about how common these intense experiences are. Dreams where you feel attacked, chased, or threatened can leave you feeling shaken long after you wake up. Sometimes, these dreams are simply our subconscious mind processing daily stresses or anxieties. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed at work, or a situation in your personal life is making you feel vulnerable. Our brains use dreams as a way to work through these emotions, often in symbolic ways. Feeling 'attacked' in a dream could simply be your mind telling you that you're feeling under pressure or that your boundaries are being tested in waking life. It’s fascinating how our inner world communicates with us! However, for many of us, especially those sensitive to #spirituality, these intense dreams can feel like something more profound. The idea of spiritual attacks or energetic intrusions during sleep is not new across various belief systems. I've personally explored what it means when dreams feel less like psychological processing and more like a direct encounter. It's during these times that the lines between the physical and spiritual can feel incredibly thin. You might wake up feeling drained, anxious, or like something truly 'tried it' on a non-physical level. Recognising these feelings is a crucial first step. So, what can we do when we experience such powerful and often scary dreams? One thing I've found incredibly helpful is dream journaling. Writing down every detail as soon as you wake up can help you identify patterns, symbols, or recurring themes. Sometimes, just articulating the dream helps to demystify it a little. Another aspect I focus on is energetic protection. Before going to sleep, I'll often set intentions for peaceful rest, visualize a protective light around myself, or even say a prayer. It’s all about creating a sacred space for your sleep and your subconscious. Talking about these experiences, much like in my #NewYouTubeVideo, is also so important. It helps us realize we're not alone in having these intense internal journeys. Hearing others' #truestories about their dreams, whether they're about #magik or just profound spiritual insights, creates a sense of community and understanding. It allows us to piece together different perspectives and perhaps find comfort or answers we wouldn't have found on our own. Remember, your dreams are a powerful tool for self-discovery and spiritual growth, even the scary ones. Paying attention to them can offer incredible insights into your inner world and beyond.
