now on an unprofessional note, i am feeling very motivated and excited to start this health journey. I have always been extremely focused on MAINLY physical activity but today i learned what i need to do to start incorporating better food choices in my life as well.

i don't eat horrible now, i am simply not getting the correct amount of fruit or vegetable consumption i SHOULD be getting🥕,but that's why i made my fitness instagram, to keep track of MY progress and to grow from here!

normally this appointment would've discouraged me, but it truly motivated me to KEEP GOING!!

i share my journey to help others feel more confident and comfortable to share theirs as well. even if you don't share it, this is a safe place and i am really grateful i have a lot of friends on here who keep me motivated and going! -
