I love Journaling

When life is stressful I always write down how I’m feeling, what I want to change and what I need to do to see that change. I believe that when you write things you can change anything it’s powerful just like the tongue. Being mindful of your words is very important Ephesians 4:29 guides us to speak

"only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs." By controlling our tongues, we align with biblical principles, fostering a culture of love, encouragement, and grace.

Happy journaling and mindfulness 🫶🏾

... Read moreJournaling has become an essential practice for many individuals seeking to manage stress and enhance their mental clarity. This simple yet profound activity allows individuals to untangle their thoughts and feelings on paper, creating a safe space for self-exploration. Whether you're navigating the challenges of daily life or seeking solace in moments of chaos, journaling provides a therapeutic outlet that encourages mindfulness. Studies suggest that articulating emotions through writing can lead to better emotional regulation and increased resilience. It serves as a reflective practice, enabling you to track personal growth over time and witness the shifts in your mindset. Additionally, incorporating spiritual elements into journaling, such as scriptural guidance, can deepen one's sense of purpose and alignment with their values. Verses like Ephesians 4:29 inspire individuals to communicate positively, enriching their journaling experience with intentions that resonate deeply. For those who might struggle with initiating their journaling journey, prompts can offer assistance. Consider starting with questions like: 'What lessons did I learn today?' or 'How do I wish to feel tomorrow?' These prompts provide a jumping-off point, promoting deeper contemplation and insight. Engaging with your thoughts and feelings on this level nurtures a healthier mental state and fosters authentic communication in relationships. As you cultivate your journaling practice, remember to embrace the process rather than strive for perfection. Allow yourself the freedom to express freely, knowing that your journal is a private sanctuary for your thoughts. Happy journaling and mindfulness! 🌟

I want to get back journaling. It really did help my anxiety. I stopped a while back when I was in the hospital and now I act like I never have any time now.
