..."In the ancient way, Master, you taught me this:

* Up to a year, if it is our birthday or our important day, any day... cook a special meal as we please.. as far as the capital is desirable, arrange a boycott for Buddhist monks.. and if there is money, create a Buddha statue.
This Buddha can be a clay monk, a cement monk, a plaster, or a metal monk, no limit.
.. because it is the image of a monk, and there is always a monk, but there must be no less than 4 inches of lap, offered as an ecclesiastical property.
* After that, take the animals that are to be killed, as they sell them for curry, or as they fry fish.
If there's a penny, buy two of them as a force and let go, and dedicate the charity to the governor and the angel who saved our lives.
* He said that if this were done forever, the word murder would be... karma deprivation before life expectancy and death, death before life expectancy would not be for those who do this.
But if this karma comes in, just being sick is normal..."

ในคำสอนของหลวงพ่อฤาษีลิงดำ พระราชพรหมยานฯ มีการแนะนำวิธีต่ออายุชีวิตและป้องกันอุปฆาตกรรม ซึ่งหมายถึงการป้องกันกรรมร้ายที่อาจลิดรอนอายุของเราให้สั้นลงกว่าที่ควรจะเป็น โดยมีขั้นตอนที่สามารถปฏิบัติตามอย่างง่ายๆ แต่ได้ผลอย่างลึกซึ้ง การทำบุญใส่บาตรพระสงฆ์ในวันสำคัญ เช่น วันเกิด หรือวันสำคัญทางศาสนา ถือเป็นการสะสมบุญกุศลอย่างหนึ่งที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างพลังบวกให้ชีวิต นอกจากนี้ หากมีทุนทรัพย์เพียงพอ การสร้างพระพุทธรูปด้วยวัสดุใดก็ได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นดินเหนียว ปูนซีเมนต์ หรือโลหะ โดยมีขนาดหน้าตักไม่น้อยกว่า 4 นิ้ว แล้วถวายเป็นสมบัติของสงฆ์ ถือเป็นการลงทุนทำบุญในระยะยาวที่มีอานิสงส์แรงกล้า อีกหนึ่งวิธีสำคัญที่หลวงพ่อชี้แนะคือการปล่อยสัตว์ที่กำลังจะถูกฆ่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปลา สัตว์ที่นำมาขายในตลาด หรือที่ถูกจับในแหล่งน้ำ เมื่อซื้อแล้วปล่อยคืนสู่ธรรมชาติ พร้อมกับการอุทิศส่วนกุศลให้เจ้ากรรมนายเวรและเทวดาที่ปกปักรักษาชีวิตเรา การปฏิบัติอย่างสม่ำเสมอจะช่วยลดกรรมอุปฆาตกรรม หรือการถูกลิดรอนด้วยกรรมที่ร้ายแรงได้อย่างเห็นผล การทำตามคำสอนนี้ไม่ได้ปราศจากความเป็นจริงทางโลก เพราะแม้จะป้องกันกรรมร้ายได้ แต่ในกรณีที่กรรมหนักเข้าถึง ก็อาจทำให้เกิดการเจ็บป่วยอยู่บ้าง แต่อาการหนักจนเสียชีวิตก่อนอายุขัยที่กำหนดไว้จะสามารถลดน้อยลงได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ การป้องกันและต่ออายุด้วยวิธีนี้ คือการสร้างคุ้มครองชีวิตด้วยการเชื่อมโยงจิตใจเข้ากับการทำบุญสร้างกุศล อันเป็นรากฐานของศาสนาพุทธที่ช่วยให้เกิดความสงบทางใจ และเสริมสร้างพลังชีวิตให้ยืนยาวตามธรรมชาติที่พึงมี การเดินตามวิถีนี้ทำให้อายุยืนยาวอย่างมีความสุขทั้งกายและใจ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงและปฏิบัติได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน
