i've found that one of the best ways to aid in feeling better about myself & feeling put together is to take care of my BODY.
as someone who suffers with chronic illness, sometimes all I can get done is the bare minimum.
for the days i have a little extra energy, adding a few extra steps to my routine truly makes me feel like I have it all together.
💕 color pop light powder, i can use this to take the gloss away from my lotion and have some light coverage, or to blend!!
💕color pop dark blonde eye brown pencil. i've always used the elf eye brow pencil, but this is really worth the $3 extra!
💕PUR tinted moisturizer with SPF. I like mild coverage enough for my face to look clean, but not obvious that I'm wearing makeup. Because of this, I find a tinted moisturizer to work the best for me. After testing a lot out, I think I finally found what works for me!
💕 Cetaphil Foaming Cleanser! I only have a medicated acne cleanser, and really needed something simpler for my skin.
💕EVA NYC Dry Shampoo. Honestly, I was never a dry shampoo girly but this stuff is a holy grail & the third refill I am buying. Put it on day 2 hair before bed and you're good for another two days. PLUS- it smells amazing.
