I adopted Lilou 4.5 years ago while I was in college as an ESA. She was abandoned and neglected, but now is incredibly spoiled and loved.
She naps all day, only has one eye, and is only 17pounds.
one of my favorite "stories" about lilou is how we both quickly came to realize we were eachothers soul animal/person. i never realized what it meant to have a soul dog until met Lilou. she's naturally picked up on my emotions, knowing when i need comfort. she also does this things that tells me she loves me, like wheneshe lays on my stomach when i am having stomach pain. every moment with her is a testament of her strength, and loyalty to me. as i shared, due to her neglect and abuse- I never realized the connection we could have. every day with her is a new adventure and story ready to begin💕
