10 min salmon tortellini
this is a delicious & "upscale" dish, but for a quick dinner making night.
it's so tasty, that it's shocking it only takes 10 minutes.
you will need 📋
✨salmon filets
✨tortellini
✨grape tomatos
✨heavy cream
✨parmesean cheese
✨garlic, italian, salt, pepper seasoning.
i then used a pot, blender, pan & air fryer.
1️⃣prep by lining your air fryer with foil, blending your tomatos w/seasoning, and filling your pot with salt water.
2️⃣add your salmon to the air fryer & season. set the air fryer to 190 for 10 minutes.
3️⃣add seasoning, cream & parm to your pan and stir on medium heat until thick.
4️⃣boil your noodles for 4 minutes & then strain and add to your pan of sauce. stir to evenly coat & add more parmesean cheese on top.
5️⃣ once the salmon is finished cooking, plate your pasta and fish & it is ready to eat!
