... Read moreAs I reach the milestone of 21 weeks in my pregnancy, I reflect on the journey filled with both joy and challenges. Having a rainbow baby brings a sense of hope, yet managing conditions like hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) and postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS) makes this journey unique. For those experiencing similar situations, it’s essential to find support. Engaging in online communities, such as forums dedicated to IVF journeys, can help share experiences and tips. Encourage positivity by focusing on self-care practices! Meditation, prenatal yoga, and supportive friends can uplift spirits during tough times. Remember, it’s okay to acknowledge both the good and the difficult aspects of pregnancy. Sharing your journey can inspire others. Let's come together to support one another through the ups and downs of motherhood. How are you staying positive in your own journey? Connecting with others facing pregnancy challenges can lead to meaningful friendships. Don’t hesitate to search for hashtags such as #pregnancyjourney and #ivfjourney online. They can serve as a lifeline for advice and affirmations that you're not alone. Every bump in the road can be shared, and every victory can be celebrated. Here’s to embracing our journeys, one week at a time!

I feel your pain. HG is so rough. I lost 30 pounds with each of my last two pregnancies because of HG. If you haven’t experienced it a lot of people don’t understand how bad it is. It got so bad I tried Zolfran finally and I slept a lot. ♥️ best of luck during your pregnancy. Seeing baby’s face make it all worth it!
