Hey everyone, so glad you found my first post! I wanted to properly introduce you to the star of my life and this new Lemon8 journey: Lucy Leaps Inn! You might have seen mentions of her on TikTok, but here on Lemon8, I’m excited to dive deeper into her world and share all the little moments that make her so special. Lucy is my energetic, hilarious, and utterly devoted furry companion. What does it mean to be a 'professional squirrel & bunny chaser,' you ask? Well, it's her life's calling! From the moment she wakes up, her ears are perked, scanning the backyard for any tiny flicker of tail or twitch of nose. Every walk is an epic expedition, a grand hunt where the 'prey' (those cheeky squirrels and elusive bunnies) always seems to outsmart her, much to her playful frustration. She's got this incredible spring in her step, a true 'leap' that's earned her part of her name. Watching her bound through the grass, sometimes doing a comedy roll when she misses her target, is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. She’s not just about the chase, though. Lucy is also a champion snuggler, a master of the puppy-dog eyes when treats are involved, and my best confidante. She's taught me so much about living in the moment, finding joy in the simple things, and the endless capacity for unconditional love. On this Lemon8 account, you can expect to see a lot more of Lucy's daily antics. We’ll share her funniest moments, maybe some of her (unsuccessful but enthusiastic) hunting expeditions, and definitely some tips on how we keep such an active dog happy and healthy. I’ll be posting about her favorite toys, healthy treats we discover, and our go-to spots for walks and adventures.
