With the blend of hydrating serums and mattifying powders, I can balance glow and control oiliness effectively. One tip I’ve gathered is to use liquid halo glow boosters both alone and layered under foundations to enhance radiance subtly. This layering technique transforms the complexion and adds depth, which can be especially beneficial in photos or dim lighting.
