How my February is going.

Reflecting on my February, I realized how important maintaining a positive mindset has been for my personal growth. At 19 and in my sophomore year, balancing school, social life, and self-improvement can be challenging but also rewarding. I found tracking my happiness and confidence levels helped me stay aware of my mental and emotional state. Keeping my happiness at 9/10 and confidence strong at the same level made me more motivated to tackle my daily challenges. Music has played a huge role in shaping my mood this month. Listening to Billie Eilish, especially songs like "Wildflower," allowed me to connect deeply with my feelings. Music became my companion, giving me comfort and inspiration when things got overwhelming. Being single with a crush adds an exciting yet delicate dynamic to daily life. It’s a reminder of the joys and vulnerabilities of young love. Despite not having a favorite show or movie, the anticipation of summer brings hope and excitement for new experiences and memories. Preparing for summer gives a sense of direction and something to look forward to beyond school. Overall, February was about understanding myself better—my strengths, my support circle, and areas for growth. Embracing these reflections has empowered me to approach the rest of the year with renewed confidence and optimism.
