Workout Journey !

#letschat Hey ya’ll !!! I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, I needed something to ease me. So I started back up going to the gym! I have been going for two weeks now 4x’s a week and it’s been helping me. My weight has been fluctuating and now I’m trying to lose and maintain my goal weight.

I use to be a gym head use to go everyday literally in 2013 but due to responsibilities coming up I started slacking so I’ve been on and off. But I’m trying to stay consistent !
