Happy Good Friday! Today and everyday we give thanks to God!
It fills me with so much joy and sadness to know that someone would lay down there life for me! Like really ME?! And it wasn’t anyone, it was Jesus, Son of the living God. He died so that I can live, but not only me, he died so that everyone one around me can be freed of there sins, AND HE ROSE AGAIN, He is the Risen King. I am so grateful and thankful and sometimes I feel like I can’t express that the way he deserves. Holy Week is a emotional time for Christian’s as we remember his sacrifice for us, but it is important that we hold on to these emotions not only for Holy Week but for the rest of our lives! Thank you God💗
We’re called to live out that same kind of love that he shows us!
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for everything you have done for me! Thank you for even the things that I don’t realize you are doing for me and for the plan you have for me and my future! Thank you for your sacrifice! Help me to be more selfless, sacrificial, and help me put others first. Guide me and allow me to die for myself, my flesh, my worldly life, and live for you in my everyday acts of love and service. Bless anyone reading this prayer and help guide them through the things that they struggle with physically, spiritually and emotionally! Help guide our actions so that we can reach the kingdom of Heaven! In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏🏽
