🌙✨ From One Witch’s Heart to Another ✨🌙
Tonight, I felt called to write this.
Not because I enjoy speaking about difficult things, but because my spirit has grown heavy watching so much judgment being disguised as concern. I’ve watched strangers look at another person’s body and believe they know their story, their health, their struggles, and their worth. As someone who walks a spiritual path rooted in intention, compassion, and healing, that energy has been weighing on my heart.
I live with PCOS. I was diagnosed when I was just 13 years old at a time when I was skinny. So when people say conditions like mine are simply the result of poor eating habits, I can’t help but feel saddened. The truth is, the exact cause of PCOS is still unknown. Research points to a combination of genetics, hormones, and insulin resistance. Life is rarely as simple as people make it out to be. But this part is not the point of the post.
Our bodies are sacred vessels.
They carry our laughter, our grief, our children, our trauma, our illnesses, our healing, and our magic. They deserve to be honored, not judged.
One of the greatest lessons my path has taught me is that before we try to heal the world with herbs, candles, crystals, moon water, or spells, we must first heal the way we speak to one another.
A sharp tongue can wound deeper than any blade.
A kind word can become its own blessing.
Every soul carries invisible scars. Every person is fighting battles you may never witness. Some wear them on their bodies. Others carry them silently within.
So before assuming…
Before criticizing…
Before deciding someone isn’t “healthy enough” to deserve confidence…
Ask yourself if your words are rooted in love or in judgment.
Because those are two very different kinds of magic.
I don’t know why this even needs to be said, but I want every soul who crosses paths with this page to know this:
🌿 You are welcome here, regardless of your race.
🌙 You are welcome here, regardless of your gender or identity.
🕯️ You are welcome here, regardless of the color of your skin.
🌸 You are welcome here, regardless of your weight or the body you call home.
Whether you are just beginning your path or have walked beneath the Moon for decades…
Whether your body is healthy, healing, disabled, chronically ill, changing, growing, or simply surviving…
You belong.
This circle was never meant to be built on perfection. It was meant to be built on acceptance, curiosity, wisdom, and love.
May we remember that every spell begins with intention.
May our words be as gentle as the wind, as nurturing as the Earth, as cleansing as Water, and as illuminating as Fire.
And may we never forget that the oldest, strongest, and most transformative magic we possess is not found inside a spellbook…
It is the magic of compassion.
🌙✨ Blessed Be, dear souls. May you always know your worth, even when others fail to see it. ✨🌙#nontoxicswitches #bodypositivity #kindness #witchvibes
Living with PCOS has deeply shaped my perspective on self-acceptance and healing. When I was first diagnosed at 13, the assumptions others made about my health and lifestyle were often harsh and uninformed. Over time, I've learned that the combination of genetics, hormones, and insulin resistance that contribute to PCOS cannot be simplified or blamed on personal choices alone. This journey has taught me the power of gentle self-talk and the profound impact of receiving kindness—both from others and from myself. On my spiritual path, I’ve come to believe that true healing begins with how we communicate. It’s not just about the rituals or the tangible tools like herbs and crystals, but about cultivating a language of love and acceptance. Every person’s body tells a unique story filled with joys, struggles, and invisible wounds. When we choose to extend compassion rather than judgment, we create a space for real healing to flourish. I also want to emphasize the importance of creating inclusive communities, especially among spiritual practitioners. Whether you are new to witchcraft or have been walking this path for years, your body and your experience are valid. This space is for all races, genders, identities, and body types. Honoring our diversity is essential because it reminds us that the magic we seek in the world starts within our hearts and how we treat one another. Through my own experiences, I’ve realized that every spell and intention we cast is magnified when grounded in kindness. A sharp word can hurt deeply, while a kind word can uplift and empower. This truth encourages me daily to reflect on my speech and actions—to ensure that they contribute to healing rather than harm. In conclusion, embracing compassion not only transforms our relationships but is also the most powerful magic we possess. The journey of self-love amidst chronic illness and societal judgment is not easy, but by nurturing ourselves and others, we cultivate a sacred circle built on acceptance, curiosity, and wisdom. Blessed be to all who walk this path, may you always recognize your worth and let compassion be your guiding light.
