Is this healthy?
So today I did do legs and after this workout I ended it and started the stair master and ended up doing 23 minutes exact and 100 floors climbed. I honestly just got lost in the workout and lost track of time I didn’t end up leaving the gym till about 1:30 am. So is this unhealthy or am I ok? I mean I didn’t intentionally burn 1000 calories I did also eat so there was no passing out but the workout was still very extreme.

Engaging in intense workouts is a common trend among fitness enthusiasts, but how extreme is too extreme? Climbing 100 floors in 23 minutes is a significant achievement that can lead to an impressive calorie burn, often reaching up to 1000 calories. However, experts argue that extreme workouts should be approached with caution. It's vital to listen to your body's signals and ensure that you're not compromising your health for fitness goals. Recovery time, hydration, and nutrition play pivotal roles in maintaining a balanced workout regimen. Overtraining can lead to fatigue, injuries, and negate the benefits of your hard work. Therefore, reflecting on your workout intensity and frequency is crucial. Incorporating rest days and cross-training can help maintain a healthy balance and boost overall fitness. If you're unsure about your workout routine, consider consulting with a fitness professional or nutritionist to tailor a plan that's right for your body and lifestyle.
