I want some opinions
I am in my sophomore year of high school. But this is supposed to be my junior year. Idk if I should graduate a year early, I really wanna graduate with my bf and my friend, but at the same time I wanna prove to ppl that even if I was held back I still graduate the year 2026. But not js for that reason I really wanna be a license nail tech. It’s been my dream to have my own place to do nails, have my own space. I already have everything planned out to what college ima go after high school. Even though I wanna graduate the year 2026 I am afraid that if I do graduate I won’t be able to get any clients for my time in high school.
Everyone’s opinions is welcome js don’t be rude pls🙏🏼an a very sensitive person
My bf also telling me to go for it but idk

Many high school students face the decision to graduate early for various reasons, including career aspirations and personal goals. If you're considering graduating early, it’s essential to evaluate how this decision aligns with your long-term plans. For those dreaming of becoming a nail technician, the beauty industry offers numerous opportunities, especially as a licensed professional. Having highlights, certifications, and practical experience can significantly enhance your ability to build a clientele. A growing trend in high school-to-career plans includes pursuing vocational training while still enrolled in school, making it more feasible to start gaining experience in your chosen field before graduation. Networking with professionals and potential clients, even in high school, is also advantageous. As you weigh your options, consider discussing your situation with a guidance counselor or a trusted mentor who can offer personalized advice and insights. Being transparent about your aspirations with friends and family can also create a supportive environment, helping you make a decision that feels right for you. Remember, the right choice depends on what aligns best with your overall goals and your comfort level.
