To stay consistent, I had to give up things I loved: sleeping in 💤, eating my favorite sweets 🍩, and indulging in comfort food 🍕. It wasn’t easy, but I knew sacrifices were necessary to reach my goals.
With so many distractions and doubts, it’s easy to fall off track. But here’s the thing: discipline isn’t about being perfect 100% of the time—it’s about bouncing back every single time you slip. 🔁
