I've learned that preparation isn’t just physical but emotional, allowing for resilience through demanding pediatric nurse shifts. For those new to night shifts or pediatric nursing, developing a personalized GRWM routine around your specific needs can transform the experience, helping you provide the best care to your little patients while maintaining your health and well-being throughout a demanding schedule.
