From personal experience, breaking large chores into small, manageable sections has been a lifesaver. Instead of tackling the entire studio at once, focusing on one area a day prevents burnout and makes progress feel achievable. Asking for help is essential but can feel difficult. When your usual support system is unavailable, reaching out to local community groups or online forums dedicated to EDS awareness can connect you with people who understand your situation and may offer practical advice or emotional support. Additionally, consider adaptive tools like lightweight cleaning equipment or ergonomic aids designed for individuals with limited mobility. Another tip is to prioritize rest and listen to your body’s limits. It's okay to slow down and take breaks when needed—pacing yourself reduces pain flare-ups and maintains your energy levels over time. You might also experiment with scheduling tasks for the times of day when you feel most capable. Remember, managing a chronic condition like EDS is not about perfection but progress. Sharing your struggles and solutions openly helps build awareness and encourages others to seek support too. You're not alone in this, and small steps each day lead to a cleaner environment and better well-being.

i only have one area left, but it’s the largest and messiest area. i’ve done my room area, the bathroom, and the kitchen. all that’s left is the living area, but…yeah. wow. it’s a mess.
