🧘 How It Helps Me: Some days I need to sweat out my stress and worry. Other days I need to let my mind and body rest, that’s okay too! Creates clearer thinking, balanced emotions, and increases connections: physically, emotionally, and mentally.
🧘 Habit 3: Take vitamins or lay off the supplements ….find out what your body needs. Most doctors will go through your bloodwork with you, but you do have to ask. You would be surprised what your body may or may not need! 🍵💊
🧘 How It Helps Me: Allows my body to function in a balanced manner. Not sick as often. Better mood. Overall less fatigue.
