Empanadilla Tacos
Twist on the usual Hispanic Empanadilla
Ingredients
Ground beef
Empanada discos
shredded Cheese
Sour cream
Lettuce
Salsa
Taco seasoning
Tomato
Lemon
Directions:
cook ground beef
Season to your liking
take one of the disos lay it flat place a few spoonfuls of the ground meat and top with shredded cheese
Leaving room on the edge fold over the other half and pinch the edges
Fry a few minutes on each side until golden brown and dough is cooked
Once removed carefully re open the sealed end and add in more cheese if you’d like and toppings
