I’ve been eating healthier

I personally switched to air frying because I wanted to retain the crispy texture and rich flavors of fried chicken but cut down on oil and calories. Using Greek yogurt in the marinade not only tenderizes the chicken but also adds protein, which helps keep you full longer. The combination of spices like onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper makes it flavorful without adding unnecessary sodium or preservatives. One tip I found helpful is to use crushed cornflakes as the coating. It creates a satisfying crunch similar to traditional breading but with fewer carbs and fats. Air frying at 400 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes ensures the chicken cooks thoroughly to a safe internal temperature of 165°F while staying juicy inside. This recipe is versatile — you can serve it alongside buffalo mac and cheese for a comforting meal. If you want, I can also share my recipe for protein-rich mac and cheese or a tasty buffalo sauce that complements the chicken perfectly. Switching to air fryer recipes not only helps you eat healthier but also saves time and reduces cleanup. If you're hesitant about making the jump, I recommend starting with simple recipes like this one to see how easy it is to maintain a balanced diet without sacrificing your favorite foods. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor to your liking. Overall, air-fried dishes have become a staple in my kitchen for both convenience and nutrition.

I have done this before and it is sooo good! I love the crunch. I can’t eat anything with Gluten and when I tried it this way I was scared I wouldn’t like it, but I came out good!
